| Clifford A Lohse was a native of Rockdale, Texas but had lived in Houston for 73 years. His family moved here around 1897. He was the owner of Wholesale Novelties but was retired at the time of his death. He was a Navy veteran of World War I and was buried in the Veterans National Cemetery in Houston. He was survived by son, Clifford A Lohse, Jr. of Houston; three grandchildren; one great-grand child. "
