| note- we are unsure where exactly Arthur is buried. There are 2 unmarked graves in front of the tomb and records were lost during Camille. Barry has made numerous attempts to find out if Arthur is buried with his family, by contacting St. Paul. as well as cemeteries in NOLA. All attempts have as yet been unsuccessful. . We believe since he died while Butler the Beast held the city of New Orleans, and Pass Christian was blockaded during most of the war, that he is buried in New Orleans, somewhere. We will keep looking. |
