| On May in 1864 Catherine sailed from the Port of New Orleans to Havana Cuba, then on into New York harbor |
| again the age is not correct, this would have been near the end of the war, what could she have been going to? She did seem to be the kind of person who would come to the rescue, when needed. THis means that during the Civil War she was traveling, to VA, to NY. ..and this was dangerous! How did she get though the blockade? |
