| Aug, 22, 1922 Stepfather of Richard Edward Marmion dies. Elizabeth Kennedy Marmion married John Murray 10 years after Richard LS Marmion died. Richard Edward Marmion his son was but a week old when his father took his life. It is not certain that John Murray treated Richard Edward Marmion fairly, because he left the home shortly after Eliabeth married John Murray, usually a sign that home life may not have been happy for Richard. He spent time with his Marmion family, more than at his mothers home. Interestingly, John Murray was an officer of the Hibernian Society in NOLA. Richard LS Marmion was VP while John Murray was the Secretary, so they would have known each other. |
