| MARMION BURIED BY COUNTY AT VISALIA
Funeral services were held yesterday morning by A.E.Brooks over the remains of M. Marmion, aged inmate of the county hospital, who passed away Sunday at the county instiution following a lengthly illness. Deceased was 63 years of age and had resided in Porterville untill Febuary. The decesased is not known to have any relatives in this part of the county. Some time before he died he said he had a wealthy sister somewhere in the east, but that he had lost all trace of her long ago. The body was buried in the county cemetery. note: Mike was born in Cincinnati, Ohio His family were farmers there and he worked as a farm laboror in California. see obit at bottom |
